Evidence

See what supports each answer.

Policies, records and reports are useful when you know which requirement or action they relate to.

01

The document has context

Link the file to the answer, the control, the finding or the task it is needed for. On review, the team sees why the document is there and which work it relates to.

02

Current version, preserved history

When you update a document, you add a new version. The previous material stays in the history, instead of being replaced without a trace.

The evidence status helps you distinguish the uploaded file from the reviewed and confirmed material.

03

Review is a separate responsibility

Uploading does not mean automatic confirmation. The reviewer checks the content and records a decision.

The platform supports review by a second person and role-based access. This way the documents take part in the working process, rather than being just an archive.

04

Show the result of the action

A test record, an updated policy or a report can support the completion of a specific task. The reviewer finds the material in its context.
