The gap analysis compares the assessed state with the requirements in scope, as defined by the directive and Bulgarian law. It shows where there are gaps or partial implementation that the team needs to address.
How the assessment is gatheredGap analysis
From an identified gap to a verified action.
The analysis has value when it is clear afterwards what needs to be done, who takes it on, and how the result will be verified.
Prioritise the work
From an identified gap you can create a finding with a description, severity and recommendation. You keep the link to the assessment, so it is clear why the action is needed.
Prioritisation remains a decision for the responsible team, not a promise of automatic compliance.
Assign the remediation
The plan collects the tasks, the owners and the deadlines. The statuses show what has started and what is still waiting for action.
You can add evidence of implementation to the work, so that the result is verifiable.
Evidence of implementationCheck before closing
Marking a task as completed is not enough on its own. The owner reviews the result and records the decision.
The history preserves the context of the finding and the actions taken.
Next step
See how it would work for your team.
In the demonstration we will follow one assessment: from the first answer to the remediation task.
